Another popular option is the Mortgage Assistant app from London & Country. This offers the latest best-buy products, a mortgage calculator, affordability checks and property articles.
It is aimed at users who want to sift through large amounts of mortgage information in a simple and user-friendly way.
Teplio is an app for private listings. The app is free but only available on Nokia handsets. Founded in 2009 by property expert Sarah Beeny, the app acts as a property platform for users to sell, buy or let homes.
Beeny is famous for her television programme Property Ladder, where she helps homebuyers navigate the tricky property ladder.
Property apps are an exciting prospect. They are helping to make property search more portable and accessible for a larger set of users, regardless of where they may find themselves.
